Hey, did you know that Scott Diamond is the only player in MLB history to have attended Centennial Collegiate Vocational Institute in Guelph, Ontario, Canada? Well, it's true. This was his high school, although they probably call it something slightly different in Canada. Maybe Upper School or like High Academy or something like that.
As a result, Diamond is the current career WAR leader from Centennial Collegiate Vocational Institute in Guelph, Ontario, Canada as well, with a rWAR of 2.3. He also has the most wins for an alumnus of that school with 13.
Sadly, there are always two sides to every story, as Diamond is CCVI's alumni career losses leader with 14.
Jeremy Ware came from the same school and spent 12 seasons playing in the Minor leagues, but he never played an MLB game. Thus, 0 WAR.
But wait, there's more! Scott Diamond also attended college. I like to imagine that he majored in Gemology, likely as a joke at first, but then because he grew to love it. Regardless, Scott Diamond is also the only player in MLB history to have attended State University of New York at Binghamton. He is the only Binghamton Bearcat in MLB history!

Jeremy Ware did not attend State University of New York at Binghamton.
Scott Diamond may not have had a career like, oh, Justin Verlander, Clayton Kershaw, R.A. Dickey, or CC Sabathia (yet), but no one can ever take his unique educational endeavors away from him. Unless they have a time machine and can be very persuasive. But then, wouldn't we already know that the time machine exists, and wouldn't his education have already changed.
Like, what if he had just gone to say, Florida, and then someone traveled back in time to make him go to these unique places? How would we really know which reality was real. Is any of this real? Whoa. I'm not sure I can handle this, but please discuss in the comments.
End.
K, clearly you need help.
